I was pretty fortunate that none of them were especially difficult for me. The first was definitely my least favourite, with all the nausea, but I never got sick, sick, like some women do.

The first trimester with LO1 was the worst, I was so sick! The third trimester with LO2 was the worst, I was so sore and cranky!

Third. First was icky but I get pre term contractions and there's a lot of anxiety associated with that during the third tri.

First by far. I didn't get it as bad as some women, but I felt like I had an awful hangover for three months. Even third trimester wasn't too bad, considering it was a heat wave in July!

with my first, 1st was hardest
with my 2nd, 3rd was hardest.

First for me. I hated feeling sick, being anxious, and having to hide it. The last month was also hard but overall, I enjoyed pregnancy.

Even at 38 weeks right now I can say that the first was the worst. I was sooo sick with both kids

First and third were equally hard. I got about 6-8 good weeks in the second tri.

1st was by FAR the worst for me. I'd rather deal with bone/joint pain than feeling sick and dizzy all the time. Also when you're 8 weeks pregnant no one knows or feels bad for you. When you're 38 weeks pregnant EVERYONE knows and feels bad for you. Sympathy helps.

@Mae: How funny, I am actually 8 weeks now and I feel like a zombie at work and I constantly have tears in my eyes from throwing up. Pretty sure my coworkers think I am having a nervous breakdown.

@simplyfelicity: ugh. THE WORST. I'm not sure I've ever been as miserable as I was in weeks 6-14. 1st tri sucks.

Trimester 1. Tri 3 sucks but you're so close!!!! And only the last 6 weeks are miserable. Again, so close! But man, tri 1 blows the big one

Second! I think my insides got twisted up funny, and I was in horrible pain after every meal. I was convinced it's gallstones. It went away when DS grew enough to prop up whatever was causing it.

I was always so sick with both boys there was no real good time. That being said we plan to have one more, I mean worst that will happen is I will be super sick again.

With B the first was the worst hands down. With this one, I'm only 5 days into the third trimester, but I'm going with the 3rd haha. I'm sooo tired and getting emotional and uncomfortable.

Overall I would say the first but the very end of 3rd was really hard too.

Third.
First I got severe morning sickness and the insurance company wouldn't cover the full prescription of the meds, so I spent a large part bedridden. I had a cyst that meant I was unable to sit for about 2 weeks without pain and I had a SCH, meaning I bled for weeks, including passing clots.
Third I developed PUPPPS. PUPPS trumps the rest hands down, so third was by far the worst. I also injured my back and once agian couldn't sit, so I set myself up a standing desk and would work standing, in my third trimester, for hours a day.

I voted neither, but morning sickness in my 1st trimester with both boys wasn't fun at all. And 3rd with my youngest was a little more painful b/c he was on a nerve that was causing some weird upper butt pain that only a heating pad could help. Overall, can't complain.

Third was worst for me. Between the breathing difficulties, painful BH contractions, back pain, false labor etc I hated the last trimester. The wait to see my babies was also too much for me.

The morning sickness was so terrible at the beginning and it seemed to just drag on and on. And I was hiding my pregnancy, which meant I needed to put on a happy face. But in my third trimester I started getting excruciating back and hip pain. In retrospect that pain was worse that hitting transition before an epidural. So a tie for worst, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

If you'd have asked me two weeks ago my answer would have been a clear 1st trimester -but since being put on (modified) bedrest at 30 weeks for this pregnancy the third trimester is getting ugly too.

First and third are tied - although my morning sickness never went away, the first trimester is when it was so bad I was in the hospital for IV fluids and showing signs of starvation. This is when I was diagnosed with GD and had to prick myself for blood sugar checks 4 times a day.

1st and 3rd were a tie for different reasons. 2nd was sort of easy.

So far I can't pick between 1st and 3rd! For 1st, I didn't throw up but was nauseous all day long and SO exhausted. That really wasn't fun. But now at 37 weeks I am SO uncomfortable and in pain, it's really not fun either!

I wanted to vote for 2 different pregnancies, but couldn't, so I voted 3rd trimester.
Like other people have posted:
Baby1-1st trimester was harder
Baby2-3rd trimester was harder

The 1st up until my horrid nausea and vomiting goes away (22 weeks with 1st, 15 weeks with 2nd). I always feel great in the 3rd surprisingly. I carried to 42 weeks this last time and was still sleeping great.

I didn't really have that many symptoms in the first trimester, maybe a week of nausea, some tiredness and bloating. For my first pregnancy, I also had few symptoms in the second and third trimester, braxton hicks and leg cramps for last trimester so overall was not too bad really!

I voted 3rd but I was generally lucky to have a fairly easy time throughout. The last month or so was hard because I was uncomfortable due to sciatica (sp?) and the summer heat, I wasn't sleeping well, and ended up with a cold towards the end as well. But like I said, all in all I was pretty lucky so I can't really complain too much!
