We buy for so many people!
Gifts for my parents, Hubs' parents, my brother, SIL and her boyfriend, our nieces and nephew, my grandparents, and Xander and baby #2!
And Hubs and I will exchange gifts as well.
Luckily, my parents and brother give us Christmas lists, so we're buying them stuff off their lists - books, movies, TV shows, etc. My paternal grandmother is getting books. My maternal grandparents are getting gift cards. FIL and SMIL are getting a lawn game because they host a lot during the summer. MIL is getting a Christmasy item. SIL and boyfriend are probably getting a bottle of wine and a gift card. Nephew is getting boxes for his Magic cards. One niece is getting a Frozen set. And the other one is getting a science activity set and some books. Xander and baby #2 are getting a table and chair set (though obviously baby #2 isn't going to care about this gift yet). And Hubs is getting a GPS for his car!
Phew!
ETA: Oh, and the parents and siblings will also get updated pictures of Xander, assuming I get around to taking them this year!

We've cut way back, I love it because I am not so ridiculously stressed any more.
We buy for:
our son: no clue, thinking about magnatiles
my brother's son: no clue
my husband's godson: no clue
my godmother: no clue
my cousin's kids (they come over and hang with my son weekly): movie tickets
my cousin and his wife: wine aerator, possibly
Every other year we participate in a swap with my husband's family but that is easy, it's gift cards, lol. We need to stop that, it's getting silly.

@Smurfette: Oh crap, daycare teachers!!! What are you getting them???
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
@Adira: No clue. I am one of the room Mom's so I need to email the other parents. I think they normally pool money and do one big gift card. It sucks too cause both her teachers have the same birthday and are in December. So more $ for a gift.

We hired our wedding photographer to do family photos, and are gifting them the digital negatives with a couple prints as their Christmas present in time for them to use the images for Christmas cards. I will do this every few years. We got some big group shots and also broke down into smaller family units.
It was for MIL, my parents, M's Aunt Uncle and cousins, M's grandparents, BIL SIL & nephew.
I already bought shoes for my sisters kids. And a gift for our best friends (can't share here since she is on HB)
Now just something for my grandma and that's it.

D: I'm toying with trying to put a new stereo system in his car? I don't even know where to start though. And a framed map of the Scottish clans.
E: D wants to buy him a tricycle.
Yankee swap (D's family): I dunno yet.
SIL/2 nieces: I dunno. I'm thinking some kind of experience gift, like a mother/daughters spa day or something. They've had a rough year.
4 nephews: No idea yet.
Stocking stuffers: I don't know about everyone else but so far for E I've gotten a flashlight and some small puzzles from the Dollar Spot.

Still trying to think up ideas so I'm subscribing to this.
For my husband I'm thinking maybe a nice flannel robe and game of thrones or Vikings on DVD. For our son I'm not sure but thinking we will keep it low key. Maybe an etch a sketch and some similar small creative toys. Maybe some books and DVDs too. My parents and his parents I have no idea. Same goes for my sister.
