My husband is hard to buy for, and the next person is my mom.
I seriously have no idea what to get him for Christmas - he has no hobbies!
Who is your "hard to buy for" person?

Also DH. He has hobbies (he plays golf), but you can only buy golf balls so many times before it doesn't sound fun anymore.
He's very impulsive and if he wants something, gets it.
I told him I found boots I wanted for Christmas and he asked me why I was going to wait. Why not buy them now?
Ugh.

Also my husband. My dad is tough, too, but I know I can at least default to something edible.

Everyone is hard to buy for. Either they don't want anything, or just buy whatever the want whenever they want it.

My dad. I NEVER know what to get him. My mom never does, either!! This year he's getting a french press because the last time he came over for breakfast I made a pot of coffee and he said "well now isn't that clever." Why yes it is AND NOW YOU GET ONE TOO.

My husband for sure! He has hobbies (golf, hockey & skiing), but he has everything he needs and he always buys the best so I can't even upgrade anything.

DH drew my brothers name for Christmas, he is impossible to buy for!

@sorrycharlie: I've tried a thousand times to get a list from DH. All I get is "I don't want anything." If I was a jerk I'd take his word for it & he wouldn't get anything. Sometimes I'm tempted lol

My brother and dad. I never know what they want/need, but my dad at least is happy if I get him an awesome cake.

@Ra: that's mine! He buys himself all the good stuff!!! I can usually figure something out but it's tough.

Definitely the hubby. I usually just give him a wishlist or I take his card and get what I want LOL. For DH, I don't like clutter, so getting knick knacks are just out of the question. If he needs something, he usually just buys it. Don't have other "wants" really.

My mom! She's so hard! She's a gift recipient complainer. Lol there's only been two gifts she hasn't complained about. A pair of rose gold diamond earrings and Keurig.
DH and I are not the type to spend money on ourselves so he's easy.
I'm definitely on everyone's hard to buy for list..

Pretty much any guy in my family. So hard. We have to buy this year for BIL, an uncle, and my dad and I have no idea yet what to get.

Husband! He had everything he needs or usually buys what he wants (within reason). If he does want something, it's usually a tech toy which I know nothing about or is fairly expensive, so I don't want to make that kind of purchase without consulting him first.
