Easter M&Ms taste so much better than regular M&Ms? Is it just me?

So I had go buy some and taste test for myself!
They taste buttery to me, and richer, and bigger! Mmm*ETA Nevermind, apparently I bought white chocolate m&m's. Geeze!

@swedishfish: in all seriousness I think it's because they are fresher and haven't sat on the shelf for so long. I always buy seasonal m&ms for just this reason.

I don't know for sure why...but I do know that chocolate purchased AT the Hershey's factory tastes so much better than what I buy at CVS--so that supports the theory that fresher makes a difference!
