I'm always within a 5lb give or take range. Within one week I can be 5lbs up or down, sometimes 2/3lbs in the same day. I have a brand new scale, tested it. It's me. What gives?
I would totally be eliminated on The Biggest Loser.
(I'm doing a fitness challenge so I've been weighing in daily. Last week I was down almost 10lbs from the start but today I'm up 3lbs. It's also AF week, grrr)
Does this happen to anyone else?
