I would consider it, assuming she wants one. But it would be a major gift! One of the kids I nannied for has like 5 of them... it was kinda overkill, IMO. I had a Bitty Baby and later an American Girl doll when I was young and they were BIG gifts and I loved them. I still have them packed away
