We have been looking at Nest home security options or similar wifi camera systems. but this weekend we went by costco and saw some really good deals on wired camera packages. I just wondered what most people have. I know the down side of wiring is that you have to drill holes in your walls

You don't have to drill into the walls. You can use a power line adaptor which basically turns your electrical outlets into places to plug a cat5 cable into. We have a foscam monitor which we run on apps across all of our devices (mac and android) and we can have multiple cameras.

We just bought the Arlo cameras from costco. They are on sale. We like them so far!
