Question for all but especially WOHM, how/when do you fit in exercise? This is something I’ve never gotten the hang of. DD will be 3 in August and I’m due with my second in October so I know it’s only going to get harder.

We wake up at 6:45 together start our day. I need every bit of that’s time to be at work by 8:45. I get home at 6 and start dinner, and DD doesn’t fall asleep before 9pm. I don’t know how I could even get her to bed sooner just based on our schedules. So my options are 9pm (when I finally have an hour to unwind. I’m in bed by 10:30), or 6am. Problem with the morning is my daughter usually comes into our bed at some point early in the morning. This morning I set my alarm for 6 to workout and she came into our room minutes before it went off. What am I to do? I went back to sleep bc I didn’t want to have to wake the whole family up or worse entertain her while I try to workout. Should I stick her in front of an iPad while I exercise? Not how I want to start the day, plus she will love that and continue to wake up early at 6am just to do it.

What do you guys do? I’m struggling. My preferred workout is a DVD set I have.
