I'm trying to figure out what to do as far as a high chair and or booster seat. Up until now we have only eaten at a kitchen island counter, so we had a hook on chair for the baby and a fisher price booster/ high chair on a bar stool. Kids are 9 months and 3 years old. We just moved and don't yet have a kitchen table- we plan to use a folding table until we decide on one (we are so fancy). Which means we cannot use the hook on chair, which I'm sick on anyway. We also like to eat on the deck as often as possible, so potentially a lot of bringing seats in and out.

My initial thought was to keep the toddler in our fisher price seat inside and she can sit on a regular chair when we eat outside, and get the cheap plastic IKEA chair for the baby, which seems like it would be easy to bring in and out. But IKEA is more than half an hour away.

The toddler is old enough to sit in a regular booster, but has been going through a baby phase where she wants to sit in the high chair anyway.

Would you just buy a regular high chair? Another booster/ high chair like we have? Anything comparable to the IKEA one that target might have? Something I'm not thinking of? Since this is our last baby and she's already 9 months I am not really inclined to buy something expensive. Main criteria are easy to move around and easy to clean.
