I have leftover ham and some rice I made the other day for fried rice. Will Easter ham taste funny in fried rice or will it be great, go for it?

Ham fried rice is fantastic! I do it all the time with leftover ham.

I love putting leftover ham into my fried rice! I also add onion, peas, eggs and pineapple! The sweetness really goes well with the saltiness of the ham

I always use whatever leftover meat I have- ham, chicken, turkey, etc
it almost always tastes good!

Yes, to ham and definitely need the eggs in there! But go easy on the soy sauce (taste it first), and don't forget lots of cracked black pepper! I also really like onions or green onions with ham in fried rice!
Oooh, also, for a treat, drizzle some ketchup on top!
