Gift card to a nice salon to get a nice haircut/color and/or manicure/pedicure, nice bottle of wine, fancy box of chocolates/macarons. And if there was still money left a gift card for a nice dinner out + babysitter for the kids. That's what I would personally want!

Nice clothing item if you know her style and like to shop for her. Or a massage

I would give a giftcard to a place she likes to shop. My go tos are Nordstrom and sephora.
Or a massage/facial!

Spaaaaaaaa!
It's really the gift of time. Time for herself. And feeling like a person and not a mom (are they a parent?). And I know I don't need any more stuff!

Yup.. Totally spa day!
DH did this one Christmas, sorta. He gave me an Amex gift card and told me to get a mani pedi, haircut, etc. It was heaven!

Dinner out at a nice place with allll the wine. Maybe I'm weird but I'm just not that into spa stuff, especially if I wouldn't have friends to go with. I'd rather get some kid-free time with my spouse.

I agree a spa day sounds amazing! Especially if she has kids. A day focused on relaxing for her would be an awesome getaway.

mani pedi + blowout. Juuuust enough time to be pampering, but not enough where the mom would feel guilty (personally, I end up feeling guilty if I'm self indulging *sigh*).
Or a gift card to her favorite store to go shop.

I need a watch with a second hand for my new job, so I'd want a Fossil rose gold watch.

Jewelry! I'm definitely into stuff that DH has picked out himself, so I'd be less excited about a gift card (even to a spa).
