I have an ipsy subscription and received Elemis pro-collagen marine day cream and omg I'm obsessed. Best day cream I've ever used. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be purchasing after I finish this sample size cause it's insanely expensive.
The night cream I like that I sometimes use during the day is Clinique repairwear laser focus night.
In the summer I exclusively use coola classic with SPF 30.

@Mrs. Pen: they use Elemis on Holland America and they got me hooked on my first cruise! I loveee the night version of that cream you mentioned!
I have oily skin so I don't need anything too heavy or extra moisturizing. I usually use dr. Hauschka skin oil, but lately have been using and loving Rodial stem cell superfood facial oil.

I use cetaphil cream as my night face lotion as well as on my body.
Still searching for my perfect day face lotion.

@yoursilverlining: I saw it on black friday for 40% off and it was still like $88 for a small bottle! ugh. I admit I was tempted but gosh, that much for face lotion?! It IS luxurious, and I use so little. But yeah, tough to shell out that kind of money on a lotion.

Definitely Cera Ve, which you can get from any drug store. I was having seriously dry skin and my dermatologist recommended it. Haven't had issues since. It's super gentle, I can't recommend it enough.

I really like derma e night cream with hyaluronic acid. I tried the day cream but it doesn't soak in as well.
I also like body shop's aloe line.

i am lazy and usually skip lotion and use essence instead (korean line). you're supposed to use both but if i had to pick one i'd use essence!

@Mrs. Pen: I hear you!! With those $$$$ products, I'll sometimes ask for gift cards to help cover the cost. Or look for sample/small sizes online at like Amazon or Ebay. Not the most cost effective way to do it, but easier to stomach spending $10 for another small one than $100+!!
