Ariel is my absolute favorite. Always has been for as long as I can remember. I love all the music in that movie, and I think there is just something about being a mermaid that makes her so unique! Plus her friends are the best - how can you beat Sebastian and Flounder??

I always loved Belle because she loved to read. (Nerd alert!)

I really like some of the newer princesses--not that I don't like the older princess movies, Little Mermaid is my favorite, but I think they've really worked to make the princesses--as well as their love-interests--three-dimensional and much stronger women and fully fleshed out characters. My three favorites are Rapunzel, because she is creative, positive, and resourceful, Tiana because of her work ethic and drive, and Merida, because I really love that they made the main relationship in the movie with her mother, and her independence and fieryness.

But I do love Ariel too--probably just because the movie does have the best soundtrack.

I really love Belle, but lately I like Merida a lot, too. DD is really into Princess and the Frog right now. And although she loves Ariel, she refuses to watch the movie because she hates how Ariel's Dad breaks her stuff!

Belle, because she’s smart, loves to read, stands up for herself and her family and loves people for what’s inside someone vs. physical appearance – and only falls in love with the beast/prince *after* she spends some time with him, rather than falling in love at first sight!

LO is in full on princess mode, which has given me the opportunity to rewatch all the princess movies (numerous times each, lol), and most of the princesses are not exactly the sharpest crayons in the box. I still love the older Disney princess movies, but eh, I guess the shine has worn off on their personalities.

I can't choose. I always loved Belle- for many of the reasons mentioned, book lover, doesn't fall in love at first sight, very selfless, etc. I love watching The Little Mermaid- good story, fun songs.
and Mulan- she's not traditional. She risked everything to protect her family, including her honor. She wasn't even a "real" princess- so I like that too.

When I was growing up The Little Mermaid was my favorite, I really like the music. And I thought Eric was pretty cute...

I love Ariel, she was my favorite growing up. But I wouldn't lose my voice for any man.

Merida is my favorite, a redhead with mom issues. I can relate.

Mulan is my absolute favourite, I love that she shattered the glass ceiling that far back in the day hahaha. I also really like Belle and Ariel.

I was never too into the princesses growing up. I was too busy reading Nancy Drew books. Haha! my favorite movie was always the Lion King. I guess now as an adult I really like Anna and Elsa, if that counts.
