Bruschetta style with olive oil, balsamic, garlic, chopped tomatoes, basil, crushed red pepper, and fresh mozzarella. (Served hot. Not like a pasta salad.)
Butternut squash ravioli with brown butter and sage.

I love this thread. I've been vegetarian for most of my life and never make any type of yummy pasta- we always eat noodles/marinara sauce or mac n cheese. I've copied and pasted everything in this thread and I think my kids will thank me.

We LOVE pasta + pesto + caramelized mushrooms + roasted tomatoes. It's such a good meal!!

the first thing that came to my mind was pasta with puttanesca sauce. I have a super delicious recipe ( http://www.food.com/recipe/linguine-with-fresh-puttanesca-sauce-68642 ) that is very easy and there is literally no cooking (other than the actual pasta itself). It does ask for 4 pieces of very tiny anchovies but I think you can omit that and add some salt in its place.
