Hi all! So baby girl #4 is baking away.. and apparently when I say baking, I mean BAKING!

She's measuring about 8 or 9 days ahead, and doctors have her currently and consistently at about the 85th %ile.

Did anyone else have large babies? Would love to hear your stories!

I'm almost 11 weeks and have a bump I'm camouflaging using blouse-y shells paired with cardigans. On Monday, someone called me out after a meeting...the meeting room still full. We have history of loss and will not be announcing until 14 weeks.

I'm pissed and hurt and now I need to go through my whole closet and sort stuff out. I'm not showing THAT much, and the comment was completely inappropriate so I know I'm overreacting a bit.

Please share your tips for hiding the bump. Specific top recommendations I can order would be so awesome, I need to dress business casual. Thank you in advance!

So I have been on the fence about having a 3rd for a while (my youngest is almost 3) - we keep talking about it but couldn't make a decision either way. Well, now my period is 5 days late. I can't bring myself to take a pregnancy test but I'm never late so I assume my pregnant. The timing is not great for me job wise. I work in education. I am starting a new job in a new district in 2 weeks. My due date would be in April which means I wouldn't even make it through my first school year - which feels terrible (though I'm not a classroom teacher - I think that would be worse). Has anyone had to tell their employer right after starting a job that they are pregnant? It makes me want to crawl under a table. Please give me some advice or share your experiences! Thank you!

Did any of you ladies have a transverse baby? What did the movement feel like?
I'm kinda bummed cause I think my baby is now transverse again....she moves a lot and flips a lot. I'm 36 weeks this saterday so for me it is getting close to the cut off. I know babies can pretty much still flip whenever but doctors like to have a plan. My local practices dont do a ton of feeling for babies position unfortunately. I have to ask. They will do an ultrasound at 36 weeks and go from there if they think baby isn't head down. Last appointment at 34 weeks doctor said she was head down. I could feel it...However, I've noticed my belly is shaped has changed and is weird and flat looking. Also the pressure down below I was feeling is gone. I found her heartbeat this morning. Ignore my gross belly but I did some belly mapping and I think she moved from head down to sideways. Boo The circle is her butt and the heart is her heartbeat. Just for fun what do you ladies think?

Sorry I have too much time on my hands so I got bored and dis this.

Just curious ladies. Have any of you had Polyhydramnios? I don't have it officially. My tech during my 4D at the doctors office keep mentioning that I had a lot of fluid for how many weeks I am (31 weeks today) she would say stuff "her foot is in the way but you have more then plenty of fluid for her to move." And a few other variations. She even checked my fluid amount. Now she never told me if they were okay. She just said "if you have too much it's called polyhydramnios" My baby is oblique and has been transverse in the past. She tends to be able to flip sides super easily. She said she couldn't get good pictures and wanted me to come back next week. (Our picture were actually pretty good so I was surprised) Now my doctor didn't say anything even though he looked at everything. Idk I guess I'm just nervous I have a bit too much fluid. She won't go head down and I feel movement but not as much with my kids. She was moving during the ultrasound and I couldn't feel it. I'm sure if I did they would tell me. I guess I'm just curious want to hear other ladies experiences and what their doctors told them.

I dropped! I'm 30 weeks. Long story short I woke up this morning and I could breathe and my ribs didnt not hurt. I know she is head down now and super low. I'm almost 100% sure. I occasionally feel pressure in my bum and backache like im about to start my period. However it doesn't last super long. My question is...is that normal to drop this early. I know she could move back up but we will see. I never dropped with my other two kids so this is a new experience. I looked on the internet for the answer but couldn't find anything really.

I am 36w4d and my son #2 has been head down facing his left for weeks now (Left Occiput Anterior I think?). Midwife isn't worried- she said it's good but facing the spine is best. Wondering if your baby was in this position and what labor was like? [Asking kind of bc I had a lightening fast, unmedicated labor and great recovery with DS1 but he was 5lb12oz (came a month early). I would love to have that experience but it's a long shot.]

I never dropped with my son until I was actually in labor, so this is new to me. I am 38 weeks with #2 and, over the past couple days, I have felt like I could breathe a bit better, but my pelvis feels more engaged. At my appt yesterday, the dr said he could feel her head even though I am only 1 cm dialted. Is this dropping? It's completely forgein to me.

My belly is significantly, noticeably to others, smaller than it was this time a week ago when I was 15w. I googled it and it seems to be a thing? But really all I found posted was anecdotal stuff from the lunatics on babycenter. I had a great NT scan at 12 weeks, so no particular reason to think anything is wrong, but it's weird and making me nervous. Anyone else experience this?

Do you mind when family and friends reach out and rub your belly? Some do it to me, and at first it was awkward, but I'm used to it now. Others stay away, I think they're waiting for me to ask if they want to touch. I'm waiting for baby to actually be DOING something when I'm with them so there's something to feel.
My mother warned me early on NOT to invite my grandmother to touch, because she thinks its private.

Has anyone else lost a significant amount of weight during pregnancy and, it had nothing to do with nausea and/or morning sickness? I'm 23 weeks and still losing weight

Back story: I was overweight when I got pregnant. To date I have lost 25lbs and it is not slowing down. I have no diabetes or history of thyroid issues (both were tested in first trimester and were normal).

I have had no nausea or morning sickness. I just have no appetite and when I try to eat, I can only get a few bites in... I feel almost like I've had bariatric surgery (but I haven't). Small meals & smoothies aren't helping.

I'm waiting on an OB consult as midwife is wondering what is going on.

Every other case I've heard about someone losing 20+lbs in pregnancy, they were usually 250lbs+ to begin with.

Has anyone else had this? Did everything turn out okay?

My family and friends are starting to give me weird looks because overtime they see me, my bump is growing but my body is shrinking.

*so far baby is doing great, no issues noted at the anatomy scan.

I'm 35weeks, almost 36. And at my appointment my belly measured at 31weeks. My OB scheduled me for another growth scan to make sure everything is fine. I'm guessing DD is just petite but I am also worried that maybe my due date is wrong too. I really want a vbac so it would be great if the baby was on the smaller side, but I'm worried that I will have to go over my due date by a lot causing concern for the docs.

So if your belly measured small did that just mean your baby was small.... or did you go over your due date as well?

Has anyone gotten skin tags during their pregnancy. Last time I didnt, but this time I've noticed two small skin tags already, one on my belly and one under my arm. If anyone got theses did you develop more during the pregnancy? I still have 11 weeks to go. Also did you have to see a dermatologist after the pregnancy to get rid of them?

I'm in my first pregnancy at 15 weeks, and I have to admit I'm surprised by my body changes! The books and apps say that entering my second trimester, I've likely gained 5 pounds and gone up a cup size. Shyeah, thanks app. Actually, I've gained 15 and gone up 3 cup sizes, from a D to a G! My boobs are giant. It's insane. Anyways, I don't know what to expect, will they just keep growing? I can't just go out and buy bras for 32 G if I outgrow for 3rd tri? What do you do for this? Are there growing-boob-mommy-bras?

How often are you taking "bump" shots. I was thinking doing it every other week, but I feel like it's going to get tiresome fast.

I may do it whenever I remember, but only post 1 per trimester and some "style the bump" outfit pics. What about you?
