Things we regularly do with our parents: local sports games, bowling, visiting botanical gardens, going on walks and having a picnic, or any local attractions in your area.</p> <p>If not local: fun socks (too late for custom ones but an idea for next year!), specialty coffee or alcohol, car detailing, paying for a streaming service for a year, or a digital picture frame. I got him one I know he already likes, but in an upgraded plastic. If your BIL is a regular player, he probably has certain discs he prefers, but you couldn't go wrong with a nice putter probably. Drivers are more tricky, and people have stronger preferences. This is the problem I have usually with my husband's hobbies too... We went to a festival at DD’s school last weekend and she won in the “that’s punny” category of the costume contest! This weekend we went to a Halloween kids concert/event with a costume parade. We watched Halloween town on Friday night and had mummy dogs for dinner! Tonight I’ll make mini pumpkin pizzas (picture from last year) and then we will go trick or treating! Last year we went for almost 3 hours, so we’ll see what tonight brings! </p> <p>DD picked our costumes this year - we are cheeseburgers in paradise!
