I delivered her at 39 weeks, though. </p> <p>I don't have more frequent appointments, but they do take everything very seriously and don't brush off any concerns I have. I have to call for any amount of spotting, regardless of color, and be seen (it was my first sign of labor with Chloe, and I dilated to 1cm at 23 weeks). I've bled a lot this pregnancy, have had two ER trips and have been on pelvic rest (with modified bedrest in there, too). Each non-routine appointment earns me a pelvic exam and cervical check.</p> <p>They also remind me at every appointment to remain hydrated. DS was born at 32 weeks. LO was born at 34 weeks. </p>
