<description>&#60;p&#62;I had preterm labor with Chloe.  I delivered her at 39 weeks, though. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I don't have more frequent appointments, but they do take everything very seriously and don't brush off any concerns I have. I have to call for any amount of spotting, regardless of color, and be seen (it was my first sign of labor with Chloe, and I dilated to 1cm at 23 weeks).  I've bled a lot this pregnancy, have had two ER trips and have been on pelvic rest (with modified bedrest in there, too).  Each non-routine appointment earns me a pelvic exam and cervical check.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;They also remind me at every appointment to remain hydrated. Dehydration made contractions start the summer I was pregnant.

&#60;p&#62;My OB hasn't mentioned anything specifically he was going to do differently with this pregnancy.   LO was born at 34 weeks.
