It gets easier. </p> <p>I found the weekly Baby Center emails helpful because they always had great suggestions of age appropriate developmental activities for LO. Maybe something like that will give you ideas on things to do to interact with LO.</p> <p>Have you thought about enrolling in a Mommy and Me class or activity? You may start to connect more with your LO as time goes on, and your LO develops a personality. Your life has changed SO much over the past two and a half months that you are bound to have some struggles finding your footing. You are also on the cusp of your LO becoming so much more expressive, which I think will go a long ways toward making you feel connected. I love her and I am good at caring for her. But I find myself nervous to be alone with her. I don't know how to interact, how to connect with her. I also find myself wondering if she truly knows who I am. I work 6 hours a day and I wonder if she knows Im her mom. Does anyone else feel this way? </p>
