Thanks @foodnerd81! I can get up and pee and go back to bed without it messing with my temp too.

One drink doesn't affect it. Two or more- basically if I go to sleep buzzed, will def affect it, to the point that I don't bother getting up to temp. But it's also different for different people. The alcohol gets me but I can wake up and go pee an hour before temping and that doesn't affect it. One drink you should be fine though.

@lawbee11: Thank you! I stuck to only one glass so I'll be interested to see how it looks tomorrow.

Any night I've had one or two glasses of wine it hasn't affected it at all. The one time alcohol affected my temp was when I had liquor the night before (and I had a lot). I don't think one glass will make a difference.

I'm heading out to a family birthday dinner tonight and I plan on just having one glass of wine. I'm in the TWW so I'm really eyeing my temperatures.

I'm curious as to what happens with your BBT temperature after you've had a drink: does it go up a little, go up a lot, go down a little or a lot, or does it stay unaffected? I haven't found clear information anywhere, though it does tend to lean toward raising your temp.
