So I have to bring an appetizer for a ladies night out event (the actual meal is being catered) tomorrow. I want to bring something that can be served at room temperature as there is no way to keep it hot.
My other issue is everything I find is more dessert related. I already have phyllo pastry and would like to make little cups with the pastry and fill them.
So would it be ok to bring a sweet appetizer (like this http://www.rachelcooks.com/2012/11/21/mini-pumpkin-tarts-seriously-easy/ ) or does anyone have a suggestion?
