I always give a little something to the kids teachers for each holiday -based on a post about a month ago I filled a mason jar with Kleenex, chapstick, vitamin C drops, hand sanitizer and gum and put on the label "Thanks for taking such good care of DS. Please take good care of YOU!"

They loved it!!!

@mrs. bird: No I am not, I didn't do a thanksgiving gift/bonus for the teachers! haha But I will for xmas..

@Smurfette: Yes I remembered that thread, and that made me sweat bullets !! haha. After reading your thread I wanted to do something (buy a small gift card or something for thanksgiving) but I had no time to do that. Yesterday (Monday after thanksgiving weekend) I went to pick up LO and the teachers weren't really talking to me (I may have imagined it). There I was like shoot maybe they got something from all other parents except us. hahaha. Good to know I am not alone.

I'm still suffering from extreme "morning" sickness. I'm on 8 mgs of Zofran and have been taking it like clockwork every 8 hours, but somehow the past 2-3 days I've had a turn for the worse. I haven't been vomiting (thanks to the Zofran), but I have pretty extreme nausea 24/7, whereas last week I had some days that I was only a 5 on the 1-10 nausea scale...this week I've been consistantly at a 9. =(

Needless to say, I have been horrible to live with. I complain constantly. I cry 8 times a day out of sheer frustration with my own body. EVERY type of odor makes me so nauseas, which makes me angry. His lovely mom made a ton of food for him since I am definitely not cooking.....but I won't "let" him cook it, because it's all different curries, and I just can't take the smell. So it's in the freezer, and my poor husband eats cereal or makes a protein shake for dinner every night.

We both had a meltdown on Sunday when I was feeling particularly bad, and therefore being particularly difficult and we had a fight about how messy the house is, which is rare for us. His point was that I don't do anything to clean anymore (true) but manage to add to the mess (also true...I'm so nauseas the clothes stay wherever I take them off. If I drink a glass of water, I don't go to the kitchen to wash the glass, I just let them pile up next to my bed.) So we were both grumpy from me being constantly sick and him coming down with a cold. Yesterday, he told me he was feeling too sick to go to work and called in....

And when I came home, the whole house was sparkling clean!! The laundry was done, and folded. Honestly, I could cry right now just thinking about him being sick and doing all the cleaning. He's a good man. Better than me, that's for sure!!

DH picks me out a shirt (we have logo shirts for work), steams the wrinkles out and lays it on the bed for me every morning since I'm always running late. And he pumps gas for me 95% of the time...only a couple of times a year do I end up needing to fill up on my own. And he handles all the insurance paperwork related to medical stuff/pregnancy, which is so nice for me to not have to think about!

DH has walked the dog every morning without complaint for the past 2 months (we used to switch off every month). He does the laundry as long as I sort it and fold it (he refuses to let me walk up and down the garage stairs lol). He automatically cleans up after dinner and puts everything away without complaint. He listens to me complain and whine and vent and as long as I don't get snippy with him ;) listens patiently. He rubs my back when I can't get comfy. Before I got diagnosed with GD, he would buy me a Sprite most nights for dinner because I craved them all the time. I complain a lot, but he really is the best!
