Her baby acne did eventually clear up a few weeks later. Her skin became totally clear and smooth again about 8 weeks. She is now over 10 weeks old. I washed her face at bath time daily with Aveeno baby soap and warm water. Maisie only has the mildest case. It goes away... but if there is eczema there too (as Lala had) there are things you can do to help clear it up.
