I was doing that while TTC and she said it's not something she regularly recommends as there's no proof it works but she said it wouldn't hurt if I wanted to. I did-no clue if it helped though. I didn't wait that long to pee. Once the sperm started seeping out (gross) I would pee and wipe it away. With our first daughter we'd been trying for a few months with no success, and then the one time I tried raising my hips (not legs), we got a positive! I think I only did it for 30 min. and then peed right away. With this pregnancy #2 I raised my hips for 30 min. again and got pregnant the first cycle.
