We used this walker with our chubby legged LO at 5-6 months, she started walking at 10 months and has no issues.<br /> I also used a walker with my 11 yo son, no problems either. I think the problem begins when babies are left in their walkers for hours on end. LO is about 28ish inches (probably, I'm not sure) and around 20 pounds and fits just fine. He is turning 2 next month and still won't let me put it away. I think he has fond memories of walking with it when he was younger. It is cute and useful but has a short lifespan. I apparently loved my walker. He said one day I was in my walker in the kitchen with my parents when I took off down the hall. There was apparently a step down into the living room. I turned into the living room and fell over. Apparently I started giggling and tried to do it every time I was put in the walker again so they put up a gate. LO goes nuts in it....she absolutely loves being mobile.
