Okay! Sounds like K will stay in the sling for a while longer! She's still too short for my comfort to just sit in the seat part of the tub, but she loves to push off the end of the hammock/ tub, which worries me sometimes. But I know it's just because she is enjoying using her leg strength these days. She loves the hammock, will dangle her legs over and let it float around in the water!

@Smurfette: I lay LO on my legs in the tub and she loves it. She splashes and it's still pretty easy to bathe her.

Hmmm maybe like 2 weeks if I remember correctly. He didn't like it and he seemed too cold. Our bath has a reclined side that we used.

I think it was around 4 months. We probably could have stopped using it sooner.

We used it for the first bath or two and she hated each one! I think she was too cold being suspended. We showered with we after that and then just used baby tub w/o the sling. We just leans back on the reclined part.

We're still using it at 3 months. Sadie's only 11 pounds though. It's much easier than trying to hold her up the whole time. I think we'll keep using it until she can sit. Once we're done washing, I always let her float around in the tub though! :)

With H we used it until his weight became too much for it. Even then he was still too weak (not sitting up yet) to not have some support so we dropped the feet and kept the head rest on. Lets say three or four months. Then we started taking baths together in the bath.

Looking forward to reading this thread more too as I'm thinking of getting a eurobath. The one on my list reminds me a bit of an ikea trash can, but they say it is womb like for the little ones.

We still use the Euro tub and our LO is 20 months. We LOVE it! It's huge but that's why I like it. During the infant stage (before the cord fell off), we just used a blowup tub to sponge bath.

http://www.amazon.com/Leachco-Safer-Bather-Infant-Bath/dp/B00005JIVI/ref=cm_cmu_pg__header

Then I'd say at around 2-3 months, we used the Euro tub (the end with the recliner). Then once he sat up at around 5-6 months ,we used the other deeper end and we still use it now.

We have a pretty simple tub. I don't remember what it's called, but it has a cushion to make it more comfy. You just snap it off and hang it to dry when you're done. We just leave the tub in our bath tub so I don't worry about it taking up room, it's our extra bathroom that nobody else uses. She started with baths at about 2 weeks.

Does anyone have the PRI EuroBath tub? I know my LO will need sponge baths until her cord falls off so I won't use it right away but it just seems soo big! How old was your LO when you started using this tub? Did you do anything to make it more comfortable...line with a towel, etc? Thanks!
