Seriously, went through natural childbirth, but couldn't handle the after pains. K has been feeding longer the past couple of days and I'm out of the painkillers so that's probably the reason for increased pain. It actually felt much better wearing it since it kept my muscles from "hanging".. Not sure about the pain you are experiencing.. Anyhow, my stomach pains are like the very strong "after pains" I had the first several days after birth. Major cramping kind of pains. Not sure if it's from lack of pain meds OR if it's from using my Belly Bandit (belly binder). I took it off, but it still hurts.<br /> If you used a belly binder post partum, did it ever give you cramps or stomach aches? </p>
