Last year was also a bad year and I had start a new cocktail of drugs to get at least a little bit of relief. I usually know it's a bad year when DH has them because he never does.</p> <p>@.twist.: Do you take anything for yours? Sinus Buster nasal spray is great too--will def help your stuffy nose!! It has capsacin in it (think hot peppers). It burns like a SOB for 30 seconds but then you get sweet relief. I happened to come across an article a while back mentioning that they were more intense because of the terrible weather we had.
