I started using the bob for walking by the time DS was 8 weeks without the carseat adapter. It laid down far enough that I felt he was safe. We started picking up the pace by 3 months and jogging at 4.5, full on marathon training by 5 months. Always on a soft track though, no bumps.</p> <p>With DD, I didn't jog until she turned 6 months just to be a little safer. I don't want to use it with the infant car seat adapter. Wondering what age did you start putting baby directly in the stroller? </p>
