It doesn't fold up well if you just pull that, you need to do it quickly. Hope this makes sense, and helps!</p> <p>Also, do you have the infant carrier insert bar still on the BOB? If so, I don't think it does fold with the bar attached, or at least, I never figured out how to do it. Once the bar was out, it's easy, you release those red locks on either side of the handlebar. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! I have the Revolution with an infant insert. I can do the first fold with the release things by the handlebar. BUT then the red thing under the seat does nothing! I pull up and nothing happens? Any idea what I'm doing wrong? My husband put it together and I'm wondering if something is in the wrong place ? </p>
