My LOs does have nasal congestion and I do need to use saline drops on them, but the question I have is does the saline wipes really help? I have face and hand wipes and regular diaper wipes. Do I need saline wipes, too? I did go ahead and added a 3 pack of boogie wipes to my subscribe and save on Amazon.<br /> ETA: Amazon's S&amp;S is a better price than woot. $8.90 for a 3 pack of unscented. Woot is $30 (price after shipping) for 8 packs. </p> <p>Also, how does these wipes help with getting snot out. I can understand how saline drops going in the nose helps but how does wipes that go outside the nose helps with snot. Doesn't really make sense but it has really high reviews. And they don't seem to bother him as much as wiping constantly with tissues do.
