<description>&#60;p&#62;It was definitely tough working out again after LO was born. Just pace yourself and take it easy. Your joints are still loose so you don't wanna over exert yourself!&#60;br /&#62;
I did a few work out plans on and off. I'm 1 year pp and I really need to start running again! I have a beautiful Bob Revolution waiting for me to take him out.. :)

<description>&#60;p&#62;I hit 6 weeks pp today. I started taking mile-long walks at 2 weeks pp and so I've only been doing that for fitness so far. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But today, I *tried* going running for the first time in over a year! I decided to start with the C25K program to ease into it, it's a 30-min workout and I could only do 15 minutes! I felt like such a wimp. good grief!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyone else have a hard time getting back into working out after having a baby?
