We just pulled Baby A from her day care because there were new "resource" teachers in her room every morning and they were constantly combining rooms/switching around teachers. We asked for a schedule, they gave us one, and never followed it. Her two primary teachers were almost always there, but occasionally one was in a different room. My only thing to add, is make sure you are comfortable with where you are taking your LO.
