I really like it! It has recipes for purees for just starting out, but it also has some really good recipes for first table foods. I made LO pumpkin risotto, coconut rice pudding, a vegetable stew, and some other things from this cookbook. I guess you could adapt these types of recipes from adult recipes, but I just like having the guesswork taken out! I just pureed simple vegetables and mixed them together.
