Yay! Thanks everyone! This is really helpful! And yeah, he just wears a diaper with a t-shirt or onesie under there. So, I know I can go for it. Hooray for free shipping with my Target redcard. :-)

I have the cotton Halo, and it's thinner than the Carter's cotton sleep sacks we bought! I think it will work great for the 77 degrees with a onesie, or even just a diaper.

We use the plain cotton ones. I think with a short-sleeved onesie or t-shirt underneath you'd be good. That's what we do.

If it's going to be 77 I'd say cotton is totally fine with either nothing but the dipe, or just a tshirt depending on if your LO runs hot or cold. :)

L does well with a cotton onesie and the cotton Halo sleep sack and her room gets down to 69ish. She's a hot sleeper though!

So, Little P still sleeps in a sleep sack at 27.5 months. :-) The main reason is to prevent him from climbing out of the crib! :-)

Thankfully he's small enough that I think he will fit in the XL sleep sack (the large is getting too small for him). We went from swadles to donated sleep sacks without tags (therefore I don't know the material), so I'm wondering how thick the 100% cotton Halo Sleep Sacks are. We want him to wear them in the summer nights and we keep our thermostat at 77 degrees at night, so I don't want him to overheat!

Who has the 100% cotton sleep sack and is it lightweight enough for summer? OR would we need the Muslin sleep sack? Just don't want to buy something online that doesn't work and have to return it.
