I have experienced no difference in fit or the way they perform. The only difference I have seen is the cruisers don't sag so much when are moving around. I found that with swaddlers or cruisers his pants would often feel damp. He's 14m but we've been using babydry since he was out of the newborn size. At night we do overnights and if he doesn't nurse overnight or only a little, he's fine. He only pees out when he has a nursing marathon overnight like when he's sick. 3s don't even start until 16lbs right? So I can't imagine he'd need 4s!
