I really like the Aden & Anais skin products - we use the Mum and Bub ointment all the time. It's a great moisturizer, great on rashes, etc. I also just started using their head to toe baby wash and I like that a lot too. We were using a J&J naturals one, but it's a little too drying to his skin.

J&J all over body wash/shampoo. We use their lotions too. For thicker lotion, we use Aquaphor baby cream/Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy. I use the Aveeno stuff for myself with my dry winter skin. For diaper cream, I use Desitin.

We have a sensitive skin LO and we use:

Shampoo/body wash - California baby sensitive (have also used Mustela when LO was younger and had cradle cap)
Lotion - California baby sensitive in summer, Aveeno baby eczema in winter
Diaper - Old school A&D ointment is the only thing that doesn't cause her to break out, and we only use it if necessary

I love things that have more than one use, and I am a fan of not over-loading my bathroom cupboards with a million products for a million people. Which may or may not be the reason my husband and I share a shampoo and both smell like a pretty man.

For the girls we use Nature's Baby Organics shampoo/bodywash (which can also be a bubble bath!), and Booda Butter for basically everything else. I use the Booda Butter on scrapes, diaper rash, for cream, to spot treat eczema spots before they get bad, lip gloss... you name it. It's awesome and it smells like chocolate. Which is probably why we have to keep the dog at least 50 feet away any time it's open so he doesn't eat the jar.

Aquaphor for every day barrier with diaper changes. If he has a rash (we had a few due to a night time pooping spree!) I swear by Triple Paste. We tried aquaphor and butt paste on it and Triple Paste was the only one that helped.

I love the smell of Mustela baby products. You can get it at Walgreens where I am (NYC) and you can register for it. Specifically love their newborn foam shampoo. It got rid of his cradle cap right away and it never came back.
We had to stop using scented because he has some tiny amounts of eczema. But they have an eczema line too, which is what we now use.

For shampoo (I still need to use scented shampoo on him, Eczema isn't anywhere near his head/face) I just started using Noodle & Boo. It's on diapers.com and it smells aaaaaamazing.

Lotion we use the mustela eczema line, but again if you don't have to worry about scent their regular lotion and the noodle and boo both smell awesome.

I got scolded by my sister for having baby powder on my changing table before he was born. So I don't use it. But I know a mom who does use it and it works best for them and their ped said its fine. So just do some research and make a decision for you! I think they make safer powders now and there are ways to apply it so it's safer (to minimize particles near their face).

Hydrolatum (behind the counter at CVS) for winter cream
Vanicream (Target/Walgreens) for every day cream
Mustela hydrostick to battle chapped winter cheeks
Balmex for diaper cream

We love california baby for body wash/shampoo, lotion, and sunscreen. For diaper rash we use Bordeaux butt paste!

We're the rare ones that use goldbond baby powder but I also have a little boy who gets hot easily which is the perfect conditions for yeast. The ped's decision was that powder has been used forever and unless we're using way too much he's not going to inhale it and it keeps the yeast away so win.

Lotion: Coconut Oil or Lubriderm (pediatrician recommendation)

Diaper Cream: We have Desitin, but haven't needed it yet. *knock on wood*

We don't use baby powder due to allergies and asthma. IMO it isn't safe and is unnessecary. We try to do some diaper free time and also try to make sure her bottom is dry before putting a clean diaper on her.

The hopital and our pedi both said not to use diaper cream or powder unless LO had diaper rash, so we never have used either (and she never had diaper rash).

We started with CA baby shampoo/body wash in one, but they changed the formula of that and I don't like the new one as much as in the past. I do like Honest Co. shampoo/body wash in one.

You might start with all fragrence free products, in case your baby has sensitive skin.

For lotion, I love both Cetaphil and CeraVe. I also have a couple of recommendations for some excema cream if that ends up being needed.
