I had it with DD in very early pregnancy and again last month when I had a chemical pregnancy. I've had a typical day's worth of water so far at 3pm and my mouth is still really dry. It's not even that I feel thirsty per se, just dry. I tested negative yesterday at 11 or 12 DPO, but AF is a no show so I'm having fun symptom spotting until I take another test in a few days. I have no recollection of dry mouth during my first pregnancy. </p>
