They aren't crazy cheap but they are crrrrraaaazy expensive. I just ordered two pairs today. One pair (Tory Burch) I never found comfortable and stopped wearing them, but the other (Cole Haan) killed my heels at first but once I broke them in, I was in love! I feel like the back of my foot is really bony so the elastic is a better fit for me. One pair I have though, I had to break in, so I did a lot of stretching by hand and that helped!
