I have a history of depression and anxiety, so I worry that I might struggle after having a baby. I'm definitely interested in doing this, but I'm also kind of squeamish and the idea of it turns my stomach a bit! I need to do some more research and find out how I would even go about having it encapsulated in my area before I make a decision. I eat meat, but it is animal and has been eaten since the beginning of time. I don't eat animal placenta, and I would never consider eating my own. Ever. I think that next time I will. </p> <p>The placenta nourishes our babes and then when we deliver all that life, hormones, protein, the iron, the vitamin B is just gone.
