I didn't do ERA, but a different endometrial test (EFT) and it came back abnormal. The suggested treatment was a course of Lupron Depot to reset my lining. I had 2 early m/c, and the following transfer was a success resulting in my son.
I've definitely come across ladies on inspire.com who had a shifted window of day 6 or 7 and did the extra 1 or 2 days of progesterone and it worked.

After 9 consecutive failed transfers (including 7 PGS normal embryos), we've finally decided to do an ERA. Our RE wasn't a fan of the ERA as there's mixed evidence that it makes a difference, but we've exhausted all other testing options.

It seems that 75-80% of people who do an ERA are in the right window, and nothing changes. I'm wondering if anyone has done one and ended up outside the receptivity window and changed their protocol because of it?
