But we're going to be scheduled for follow-ups every 3 months till she's at least 2 haha! We took her to see a specialist when she was 6 months and then followed up every six months. She patched and worn glasses for a couple of years and finally had the surgery around age three. I think her doctor wanted to see if she would correct on her own. I don't know if all cases are like this but they were really reluctant to perform surgery on her as an infant. She was born with her eye turning and it just got progressively worse. Anyway as far as cost I don't remember. Generally deductibles are calendar year and COBRA is generally marked up.
