I also love how at the bottom of the page they show you the items you recently viewed. Free shipping and returns is also amazing. </p> <p>Amazon because you can filter by the number of stars in the reviews. I also love love love their customer service. If not, definitely that. I think a birth plan checklist of some sort would be good... even if it was a list of questions to talk over with your doctor/midwife/partner/doula. </p>
