So, he is gaining the right amount of weight...and eats his meals in 3-4oz a time.<br /> I know as long as their gaining weight they are OK....But, I did find this equation so you can try and figure out if your LO is overeating/under-eating..It is: 2x -2.5x his weight. He was born tongue-tied and didn't really figure out breastfeeding. I prefer to spend my time with him and enjoy him. It depends a lot on the time of day. She eats more in the morning, and starts snacking and eating more often in the evening. Also How old are they? I am trying to see if my DS is eating about an average amount. He generally eats about 5or 6 oz a feeding. Overall for the day he eats about 30 to 36 ounces for the day. </p>
