We have a system where as soon as we go through the mail we shred anything that isn't vital as well as the catalog pages with our address, then we recycle catalogs and he takes essential mail to his desk. Scanning it and filing it on your computer and then shredding the snail mail copy? That way if you need it you can print it off but it doesn't take up any actual space in your house? </p> <p>I'm wondering if this is a good idea or a bad idea. </p>
