Everyone told us it was pretty early... We went to the Dr. and they told me it was just an extra tooth. It fell out pretty early too. Then every few months after that he would get two more. He's 14 mo now and has 14-16 I think. The top 4 and bottom 4 along with 4 molars, and the teeth in between are starting to come through now. I read that this is not uncommon for first teeth. Her first actual teeth (that stayed) didn't come until she was almost 7 months old — the two middle bottom teeth. Then, a month later came the top two, but nothing since then. Pretty much all his teeth came in pairs and once he started sprouting teeth, they came nonstop. I think he had all of them by 13 months, and people used to comment on how many teeth he had!
