I think I was like 9 years old when I found that out, and spent a couple years boiling over pots of milk onto my parents' stove (I don't know why I didn't just microwave it). I do try to cut the calories a bit if I'm drinking it more than a special occasion thing, so like if I have a mug at work I'll use mostly water with a splash of milk.
