I got a beer cheese recipe online and it was deliscious! We ended up skipping dinner and just eating that. You should definitely try it. I think the quality of the cheese does make a big difference, so be aware of that. I have one recipe my mom always made growing up, but usually I just google recipes until I find one that looks yummy. We have a good classic fondue recipe. They key is in the ingredients. We buy emmentaler and gruyere from Whole Foods or a specialty cheese shop. The recipe also calls for Kirsch, which is a cherry brandy.
