Both full panel. In the early months I just folded the full panel down in half so it acted sorta like a Demi panel. Once the bump was huge I wore them regular. I found that the Demi panels were too tight and uncomfortable.<br /> I also had a pair of gap shorts that had hidden elastic that was adjustable. Those were great during my 2nd tri and early 3rd tri. They got saggy really fast in the knees and butt.
