But imagine someone who was born as a woman, who has female sex organs and two X chromosomes, etc., but who identifies as a male. Very much like @Mae: said. </p> <p>However, if someone asks about the gender or if we've had a gender scan, we respond that we were excited to find out the sex of the baby.
