I wouldn't put it on them, but if they were interested I would take them to Sephora or one of those make-up classes so they could learn how to use it properly, since I don't really know how to. My 2.5 year old uses my make-up brushes and paints her nails and toenails a lot and I have never even thought about limiting that since it's self directed. I don't even know where she learned about nail polish because I don't wear it. </p>
